Solid Wood
Manufacturing
Solid wood parts are made through a multi-step process combining automation and manual operations, producing durable, precisely shaped parts with excellent finish and integrity.
Processing
We process our own lumber from trees harvested from PEFC- and FSC-managed forests. As the wood is cut, it is sorted for quality.
Assembly
We assemble individually machined components into finished parts using specialized adhesives and custom-built assembly jigs.
Finishing
Parts that require a decorative or protective finish can be painted, stained, varnished, or oiled on an automated finishing line.
Mult-Axis Machining
We combine fast, multi-axis CNC machining with woodworking techniques to bring designs to life and products to market efficiently.
