Phil Sotok
Founder

Phil’s 25-year career is underpinned by a core value—business is a human endeavor. And if you know him, this value extends into everything he does. Beginning at Chrysler, then at Magna International, he learned the automotive supply chain from the ground up. Hungry for a challenge, Phil encountered his greatest one yet when he founded VentureSource. When he’s not working, you can find him traveling or spending time on Lake Michigan.

Andy Levesque
President

With nearly 20 years of automotive experience and as a founding member of VentureSource, Andy has been involved in almost every aspect of the automotive supply chain. Today, as President, he endeavors to be a servant leader. He thrives on the energy of connecting with people and uses his communication and advocacy skills to serve all our stakeholders. When he’s not working, Andy enjoys athletics and keeping up with his three sons.

Kay Gebben
Chief Financial Officer

A problem-solver at heart, Kay is always ready for a challenge—and, as she says, the more complex and difficult the better. Before she became a founding member and eventually CFO at VentureSource—she worked for Magna Donnelly for 17 years with roles in nearly every area of accounting and finance. When she’s not working, you can find Kay adventuring in the great outdoors and enjoying time with her family.

Matt Wilgenhof
Vice President, Lead Logistics

Building on 20 years of automotive experience, Matt leads a team responsible for the growth and management of our partner and product portfolios. His background in production, operations, and account management is an asset informing his approach to business today. The beneficiary of many mentorships, Matt enjoys his role as coach at VentureSource. In his leisure time, you can find Matt getting lost in the great outdoors or traveling to a new destination.

Caleb Digison
General Manager, Automotive

Whether he’s meeting with engineers, negotiating with purchasing, or collaborating with marketing, Caleb is in his element. Building on his decade of experience in automotive product design, manufacturing, and advanced business development, Caleb leads a global team responsible for VentureSource’s portfolio of interior products and partner manufacturers. Outside of work, you can find Caleb on the ice coaching college hockey.

Jaume Guardiola
General Manager, Europe

Using his three decades of automotive and international sales experience, Jaume brings the European perspective to VentureSource. He leads an experienced team in Spain focused on business development and continuous improvement. Thoughtful and pragmatic, Jaume is a second-generation expert in mirror-glass manufacturing. When he’s not working, Jaume enjoys hiking along the Mediterranean coast and studying, practicing and teaching TIPI emotional regulation.

Tony Yung
General Manager, Business Development Services 

A founding member of VentureSource with 25 years of automotive experience under his belt, Tony knows his stuff. He is technically minded—a trait he first applied as a new-product engineer and then to roles spanning purchasing, sales, and operational management. Today, Tony is responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities with our customers and manufacturing partners. When Tony isn’t at work, he enjoys traveling, good food, studying psychology, and fitness.
